Product Details
The palm fruit digester is used to mash and heat sterilized palm fruit before the pressing stage. Proper digestion is essential for maximizing oil extraction efficiency — it breaks down the fruit tissue and releases the oil from the cell walls.

Working Principle:
After threshing, the palm fruit falls into the digester, where rotating stirrer arms mash the fruit into a homogenous pulp. Simultaneously, steam is injected through the jacket to heat the pulp to 90-100°C, which reduces oil viscosity and improves pressability. The digested mash is then fed directly into the screw press for oil extraction.
