Product Details

The double screw palm oil press machine is the core equipment in the palm oil extraction process. It uses a double-screw pressing mechanism to efficiently extract crude palm oil (CPO) from digested palm fruit.

Working Principle: The digested palm fruit enters the pressing chamber through the feeding hopper. The double screws rotate and push the material forward, gradually increasing pressure to squeeze out the oil. The oil flows through the screen bars into the oil collection pan, while the pressed fiber cake is discharged from the end.
