The double screw palm oil press machine is the core equipment in the palm oil extraction process. It features a dual-screw system that provides superior oil recovery compared to traditional single-screw presses, achieving oil residue rate below 5% and extraction efficiency up to 95%. Suitable for various scale mills, it efficiently extracts crude palm oil (CPO) from digested palm fruit.

Working Principle: The digested palm fruit enters the pressing chamber through the feeding hopper. The double screws rotate and push the material forward, gradually increasing pressure to squeeze out the oil. The oil flows through the screen bars into the oil collection pan, while the pressed fiber cake (expeller) is discharged from the end. The dual-screw intermeshing action ensures more thorough compression and higher oil yield than conventional single-screw designs, enabling uninterrupted oil production without batch interruptions.
