Working Principle:

Sterilized fruit bunches are fed into the rotating drum where mechanical action separates fruits from bunches through perforated screens. The rotation creates tumbling action that gently detaches the fruit while minimizing damage. Separated fruits fall through the screen openings, while empty bunches are discharged from the drum end for further processing.
