Product Details

The palm oil clarification tank is a critical post-pressing equipment that purifies crude palm oil (CPO) by separating it from water, sludge, and solid impurities. The clarified oil is then ready for drying and storage.

Working Principle:

The crude palm oil from the press contains water, fiber, and sludge. It first passes through a vibrating screen to remove large solids, then enters the clarification tank where gravity separates the oil from water and sludge. The oil is further purified through a centrifugal separator, achieving purity above 95%. The clarified oil is then sent to the vacuum drying system.
