New Technology Improves Palm Oil Extraction Rate by 3%

Our R&D team has developed a new pressing technology that increases oil extraction efficiency by 3% compared to conventional methods. This breakthrough technology has been successfully tested in our pilot plant and will be available in our new generation of palm oil presses.

Technology Details

The new technology optimizes the pressing chamber design and screw configuration, resulting in more uniform pressure distribution and longer pressing time. This allows for more thorough oil extraction from the palm fruit fiber.

  • Improved screen bar configuration for enhanced oil flow
  • Advanced temperature control system for optimal pressing conditions
  • Reduced oil residue in pressed fiber cake from 8% to 5%

This technology will be standard in all new Yahua palm oil presses starting from Q2 2026. Existing customers can also upgrade their equipment with our retrofit kit.
