Product Details
The vacuum drying system removes residual moisture from clarified palm oil under vacuum conditions. This is essential for preventing oxidation and extending the shelf life of crude palm oil during storage and transportation.

Working Principle:
The clarified palm oil enters the vacuum drying chamber where the pressure is reduced to -0.06 to -0.09 MPa. Under vacuum, water evaporates at a much lower temperature (100-120°C), allowing efficient moisture removal without overheating the oil. The dried oil is then pumped to the CPO storage tank.
