Working Principle:

Wet palm nuts from the press cake separation process are fed into the rotary dryer, where hot air at 80-120°C circulates through the rotating drum, gradually reducing the moisture content to the optimal level for cracking. The dried nuts then pass through the winnowing separator, which uses air classification to remove light shells, fibers, and other debris. The cleaned and dried nuts are discharged for feeding into the palm kernel cracking machine, ensuring maximum cracking efficiency and minimal kernel damage.
