Product Details
The palm kernel cracking machine is essential for palm kernel oil (PKO) production. It cracks the palm nut shell to separate the kernel from the shell, preparing the kernel for the pressing process. The integrated shell-kernel separation system ensures efficient processing with minimal kernel loss.

Working Principle:
Palm nuts are fed into the centrifugal cracker where rotating impellers propel them against the cracking ring at high speed, breaking the shell without damaging the kernel. The cracked mixture then passes through the shell separation system where a combination of air aspiration and specific gravity separation divides kernels from shells. Whole kernels are collected for oil extraction while shells are discharged as biomass fuel.
