Working Principle:

Refined palm oil from the storage tank is fed into the filling machine through a controlled inlet. In volumetric mode, a precision piston or flow meter measures the exact volume of oil for each container. In weighing mode, a load cell beneath the filling station monitors the weight in real time to achieve the target fill. The filled containers are then conveyed to the capping station where lids are automatically applied and tightened, followed by labeling and date coding before the finished products are discharged for packaging.
