Working Principle:

Empty fruit bunches from the thresher are fed into the hammer mill shredder, where rotating hammers tear and shred the fibrous material into small, uniform pieces. The shredded EFB is then conveyed into the screw press, which applies mechanical pressure through a rotating screw through a conical die, reducing volume and increasing density. The pressed oil is collected and returned to the clarification process, while the dewatered EFB fiber is discharged for use as biomass fuel or compost.
