Product Details
The palm oil fractionation equipment separates refined palm oil into two valuable fractions: palm olein (the liquid fraction, used as cooking oil) and palm stearin (the solid fraction, used in margarine and shortening). This dry fractionation process requires no solvents or chemicals.

Working Principle:
Refined palm oil is first pre-cooled, then enters the crystallization tank where it is slowly cooled to 10-20°C under controlled agitation. As the temperature drops, the stearin fraction crystallizes while the olein remains liquid. The crystal slurry is then filtered through a membrane filter press, separating the liquid palm olein from the solid palm stearin.
